임원 변동

James Fitterling과 William Thomas가 2026년 10월 21일 뱅크 오브 아메리카 이사회에 신규 임명되었다. 이사회 규모는 12명에서 14명으로 확대되었으며, Fitterling은 Enterprise Risk Committee와 Compensation and Human Capital Committee에, Thomas는 Audit Committee와 Corporate Governance Committee에 배치되었다. 두 임원은 비임원 이사 보상 프로그램에 따라 제한된 주식과 현금 보상을 받을 예정이다.
