Host Hotels & Resorts, L.P.가 2026년 10월 21일 기존 신용시설을 개편하여 15억 달러 회전신용시설, 5억 달러 Term A-1 시설, 5억 달러 Term A-2 시설을 확보했다. 금리는 SOFR 또는 기준금리에 신용등급별 마진(65~155bp)을 더한 방식이며, 만기는 회전신용시설과 Term A-1은 2031년 1월 15일, Term A-2는 2032년 1월 15일이다.
