중요 계약 체결

ICE는 Wells Fargo Bank, National Association과 기존 회전신용시설을 수정하여 동의 대출기관(36억 7,000만 달러 약정)의 만기를 2031년 8월 20일까지 연장하고, MarketAxess 인수 관련 15억 달러의 신규 회전신용약정을 신설했다. 또한 Bank of America, N.A.와 20억 달러 규모의 신규 기간대출시설을 체결하여 인수자금 조달에 사용할 예정이다.
