중요 계약 체결

Newmont Corporation과 Barrick Mining Corporation이 Nevada Gold Mines LLC의 합작회사 운영 협약을 개정했다. Barrick의 Fourmile 프로젝트와 Newmont의 Fiberline, Mike 프로젝트를 합작회사에 기여하며, Newmont는 기여 후 30일 내 19억 5,000만 달러를 Barrick에 지급한다. 동시에 Newmont는 19억 5,000만 달러, Barrick은 약 31억 1,000만 달러의 자본금을 기여하고 모든 관련 부채를 합작회사가 인수한다.
