중요 계약 체결

TransDigm Inc.가 The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A.를 수탁자로 하여 30억 달러 6.75% Senior Secured Notes를 2035년 1월 만기로 발행했다. 순수입금은 21억 달러 기존 채권 상환 및 일반 기업 목적으로 사용될 예정이며, 이자는 연 6.75%로 매년 1월 31일과 7월 31일에 지급된다.
