중요 계약 체결

United Rentals, Inc.와 계약 상대방(Liberty Street Funding LLC, Gotham Funding Corporation 등 4개 펀드 및 6개 은행)은 2026년 6월 18일 제18차 수정 채권 매입 계약을 체결했습니다. 계약 내용은 매출채권 담보 대출 시설의 만기를 2027년 6월 18일까지 연장하고 상호 합의 시 364일 단위로 추가 연장할 수 있도록 하는 것입니다. 금액은 공시되지 않았습니다.
