중요 계약 체결

VICI Properties L.P.가 UMB Bank, National Association을 수탁자로 하여 9억 달러 5.400% 2031년 만기 채권과 8억 5,000만 달러 5.750% 2036년 만기 채권을 발행했다. 순수입금은 2026년 만기 기존 채권 4억 8,050만 달러, 1,950만 달러, 12억 5,000만 달러를 상환하는 데 사용될 예정이다.
